A gunman in Montenegro shot at least 12 people, including two children, before killing himself surrounded by police. The shooter was involved in a bar brawl and later killed more people at different locations. The government has declared three days of national mourning for the tragedy. This incident is similar to another shooting in Cetinje in 2022.
