Sebi:Sebi proposes removing the requirement for stock brokers to obtain a no-objection certificate (NOC) to operate in GIFT-IFSC under a Separate Business Unit (SBU). Regulatory oversight, risk management, and investor grievance redressal will fall under the respective authoritys jurisdiction.
